This year marks an important milestone for our company. Thirty years ago, on August 6, 1982, COSCO registered its first U.S. Company in California and started its first monthly liner services to the U.S. Originally known as the China Ocean Shipping Company, Inc., the China Ocean Shipping Company Americas, Inc. (COSCO Americas) has grown into a network of affiliates, subsidiaries and joint ventures that span the full spectrum of logistics services. This milestone is celebrated in a Journal of Commerce Special Edition. Please click on this cover, to access an electronic copy of this commemorative publication.
