Human Resources controls and directs all HR functions for COSCO Americas and subsidiaries.  Directly responsible for development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures, recruitment, career development/pathing, job evaluation, compensation programs, benefits, counseling, progressive discipline, enrollments and HR training.
