Executive Vice-President Chen Xiaomin

In June of 2000, Mr. Chen was appointed to the position as Executive Vice President with COSCO Americas Inc. and appointed as President of COSCO North America in April 2003.  His distinguished career with COSCO has spanned 24 years with positions of Chief Officer of COSCO Shanghai Company, Operation Manager with Sino-European container Line Service, Director of Equipment Control Center of COSCO Group and Senior Managing Director of COSCO Japan Company.

Mr. Chen was instrumental in the formation of COSCO U. K, COSCO Sino-Euro full Container Liner Service Group and the COSCO Equipment Control Center.

Educated at the Qingdao Ocean-Going Mariner College and the Beijing Foreign Economics and Trading University.
