Howard Finkel is a 23-year veteran of the ocean maritime business.  He started out as an Executive Trainee where he learned all aspects of our business.  Mr. Finkel has held positions in sales, pricing operations, marketing and regulatory affairs.  He has a background in container, break-bulk and ro-ro business.

Mr. Finkel started at COSCO as General Manager of Marketing & Sales, promoted to Assistant Vice-President Commercial, Vice-President Commercial and finally Senior Vice-President of Trade at COSCO North America, Inc. along with Vice-President COSCO Americas, Inc.

A native New Yorker, he received a B.A. from Queens College, City University of New York.
