China Ocean Shipping Company Americas, Inc. (COSCO Americas, Inc.) was established on August 6, 1982. We are a regional administration and management center for China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company (COSCO Group) governing both South and North America businesses. Under the leadership of COSCO Group, and thanks to worldwide COSCO employees' continuous efforts, COSCO Americas has expanded its business to a diversified scope including shipping agency, sales, technical consulting, bunker supplies, inland transportation, tanker, air cargo, finance, international trade and real estate.

COSCO containerize shipping business has grown tremendously. We have a total of 22 service lanes for both transpacific and transatlantic in North American continent. Our weekly service capacity exceeds 22,000 TEUs. In March 2002, we opened the direct call to the Port of Boston. Today, COSCO Americas, headquartered in Secaucus, New Jersey has over 78 subsidiaries and offices throughout the American continent, including USA, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Panama and China. COSCO Americas has become one of the most reputable Chinese companies in the Americas. We have actively promoted COSCO business in the USA.

According to COSCO Group's strategy of transforming from an ocean carrier to a global logistics service provider, COSCO Americas has been emphasizing the development of logistics service in recent years. We have integrated our service network and offices to become an ocean-going, intermodal, warehousing integrated logistics service provider.
